CULINARY SELECTION | Menus. Determining how many courses and options offered to guests together with the style of cuisine is truly the preliminary decision. Menu selections, including Specialized Hors d’oeuvres, Small Plates, Entrees and Exclusive CoCoBAR plates plus added desserts.
BEVERAGES | Drinks. Determining the type of beverages is an important step in the budgeting process. Common offerings include a full bar, beer and or wine bar, or non-alcoholic selections only. Coffee and or tea service is a vogue way to add style to any event. Including alcoholic beverages or pairings to your menu will improve a portion of the budget.

Bailey, oversees all events. Chef Bailey and General Manager, Thomas Panyako leads a team of experienced event and culinary professionals attentive to details and logistics. Our team personally pre-sets, caters and serves during the time-lined event and clears at conclusion. The type of service selected will impact the budget by determining the staff-to-guest ratio required to successfully produce any event; the more complex your menu is, the more staff it requires. With some itinerary’s, full-service events, labor costs may compose up-to half of a catering budget, while more simple events require significantly less staff.
EVENT EXTENT | Timeline. Event extent has a direct impact on the budget. Wedding receptions are typically 4-5 hours in length, so choosing to extend the party will increase hourly service costs and extend food and beverage service. On–site event extensions are charged flat fee of $1,000.
BORROWED | Rental Equipment TASTE 5 Catering manages all service rentals needed for your event. In addition to our TASTE Classic rentals of glassware and service ware, we have also have an accessible selection of specialties, linens, tables, chairs for your event at competitive rental pricing. LOCATION | Venue. The venue must be considered as an important component to the overall scope to any event. TASTE 5 is equipped to cater from any location. Our event planner can offer suggestions and solutions. Additional rentals may be required.
THANK | TASTE Gratuities. We ask that if we have executed excellent service, extending currency to our on-site supervisor is welcomed and be appreciated however, completely at your discretion. It is customary to extend $50-$100 per service member in gratitude for good service and a sociable experience.
